Why KyAEA Needs A Blog

Welcome to the KyAEA Official Blog. We have been having some difficulties with our official website at KyAEA.org for several months now, and cannot add new information. While we have fabulous people working hard on fixing the website and updating it, this page will be our temporary online home. There is still great information and resources on the website that you can access, but please note that all deadlines and dates are not current at this time.

If you are a member of the KyAEA, this is your resource for connecting to other art teachers and getting news and updates of what's happening in art ed throughout the state. If you are not a member, why is that? You should join! We have a fantastic conference every fall where you get to interact with other art teachers, make and view artwork, learn new strategies and techniques, and have a fantastic time getting PD. We also have great programs like Mini-Grants, All State art competitions, and regional workshops. If you like what you see, please contact us.
